Shipping:

Element Netwrx primarily uses UPS and FedEx. If you would like to use another shipping provider, just let us know. Simply provide us their information and we will handle the rest.

Packaging:

We only use high quality bubble wrap, packing peanuts, and boxes when we ship. This eliminates in additional downtime on your end just in case something happens in transit. If by any chance you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist by filing any claims to the shipping provider to expedite the matter moving forward.

Product Returns: 

Product returns are subject to Element Netwrx approval and at the Company's sole discretion.  Client returns product in the condition in which it was delivered (all product received otherwise will not be accepted).
Product received after warranty clause within the calendar days will not be eligible for refund. 

Return of Non-Functional Product:

Client follows procedure described above in "Product Returns".
A required RMA number will be provided and approved within warranty clause from the original date of purchase, or within extended warranty period if applicable.
Client returns product in the condition in which it was delivered (all product received otherwise will not be accepted).
Element Netwrwx will replace all non-functional product provided that all conditions are met.

Warranty:

Standard One-Year Replacement Warranty
Only retail, end-user clients are eligible for the one-year standard warranty. Wholesale customers should contact their sales representative for available warranties.
Element Netwrx warranties and returns are subject to acceptance of, and compliance with, Element Netwrx policies and procedures as described above and by RMA form.
Extended two-year, five-year and lifetime warranties are available.
Warranty extensions must be purchased prior to expiration of existing warranty.

Credit Card transactions:

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
No order will be accepted unless complete information is provided including full name, full address, and phone number.

Oversea Transactions:

All overseas transactions will be subject for review and verification upon completion.
We do not accept any order(s) originating from a free, web-based, or e-mail forwarding address.  The customer must provide an ISP or domain based address: one that can be traced back to a "real" person. 
No order will be accepted unless complete information is provided including full name, full address, and phone number.  Please provide company name if available.
